Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

• To request a return, please contact us at info@madmma.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll provide instructions for completing the return.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
